/// Hecker T-Safe Solar – A top-class solar pattern glass
On the Intersolar trade fair Hecker could present a real innovation for the solar industry: Solar glasses with
patterned surfaces, thicknesses of 2.0 und 2.5 mm und transmission values reaching 94% are available now! These
glasses offer new possibilities for improved and more powerful thin film photovoltaic modules. For high mechanical
resistance these glasses can be thermally or chemically strengthened.
/// Hecker T-Safe Plus – Highest safety level
The heat soak test is required for thermally toughened safety glasses in many public areas since years. Hecker
recommends using this highest safety level for thermally toughened glasses in technical applications, too.
/// Hecker T-Safe Plus is a heat soaked safety glass and now available from Hecker - customized for the special
requirements of technical applications.
/// Hecker EnergyVision – Energy saving with glass
As expected the new /// Hecker EnergyVision has developed into a real innovation with offering the benefits of high
efficiency at a moderate cost level. All conducted photometric tests have proofed an increased efficiency by
several percent and a more homogeneous light distribution. Just replace the standard cover glasses by EnergyVision!
/// Hecker DiffusionLine - High Efficiency Spread Lenses:
Hecker introduces two new high efficiency spread lenses: Ornament 551 and 561. The lenses are made of very pure low iron glass,
and therefore, achieve excellent transmission values. Now available are very thin glasses down to 2.0 mm with
light transmission up to 94%!
/// Hecker BoroVision – The alternative
/// Hecker BoroVision a new floated borosilicate glass has achieved great acceptance by Hecker's customers and is applied for an
increasing number of projects and standard products in the market. In particular the availability of 3.0 mm and 4.0 mm –
toughened and printed - as a standard is gathering attention as it is not offered by competitors.
Further diversifications will be introduced in the second half of the year 2009. /// Hecker BoroVision will be produced up to a width of 1500 mm and will be available in two different thermal expansion coefficients: 33 and 40 x 10-7/K. This will allow Hecker to enter new market segments like e.g. fire protection glass.
